Mercy Thanks and Praises
Adam “Bagel-San” Berkowitz (at
Bo La De Productions) : Adam's vision and work ethic in pulling this recording together was something I didn't fully appreciate until now. He rocks.
Amber Rose : Amber somehow manages to channel the soul of a 2000-year-old African woman in her singing. She's a rad beat-boxer, too.
Larkin Gayl : Larkin is one of the best songwriters I've ever seen play out, managing to pull the entire audience into every lyric off her lips. She, too, rocks.
André Wagner :
One of the best professional experiences I’d
had working with anyone was at 6:00 a.m. with André.
Karnamrita
Dasi : A beautiful vocalist, a sweet friend
and huge asset for me during this recording. Her debut CD is phenomenal.
Gentry Bronson :
Gentry was a huge push for me to not just
talk about getting into a recording studio, but
to do it! Thanks, GB . . . |
Music, Art, More
Moxy Media : A rockin' one-woman team who's gone well out of her way to make this website look and feel how I wanted it to. Thanks, B!
Brindl :
A close friend, fine musician, angelic blues player . . . and Hasselhoff
aficionado.
Danny Schmidt :
Danny’s got poignant,
poetic lyrics like there's no tomorrow. He's absolutely one of the best songwriters
I've ever heard.
Bill Mize : I first
saw Bill Mize play at a church in Missoula, MT on New Year’s Eve, 2004.
I was floored. He's an amazing guitarist and instructor (mine for three lessons).
People, Earth, Us!
Next
Generation : A Bay Area grassroots non-profit
empowering young people to speak out, get organized and act for what they believe in. Roni rocks on the guitar, too.
Outward
Bound : Some of the most powerful changes
I’ve seen or experienced have been nine days
walk into the backcountry. That's what they're all about.
Vipassana
Meditation :
My experience in the ten-day course, which runs
solely by donation, was very difficult, and rewardingly world-shattering. |
